From Malpensa to Turin the train forces a change in Milan (2h30-3 hours in total); from Orio al Serio you first shuttle to Bergamo or Milan; from Linate you cross central Milan. Direct coaches exist on some legs but run a few times a day. How do I recognize my driver?
The driver will wait for you with a sign showing your name. For airport pickups, the driver will be positioned in the arrivals area. You will also receive the driver's name and phone number by email before the transfer.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, the driver will automatically adjust the pickup time. There is no need to contact us: the flight monitoring service is included free of charge.
Are the prices fixed?
Yes. The price you see when booking is the final price. There are no hidden costs, traffic surcharges or surprise fees. The price includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls and luggage assistance.
I need a last-minute transfer for today or tomorrow: is it possible?
