The train: quick, but mind the station
The railway stop faces the arrivals hall and metropolitan trains reach Porta Susa in about half an hour for 3.70 euro, every 30 minutes on weekdays. The catch: the line does not pass Porta Nuova, so hotels in that area mean adding a metro leg or a walk with your cases.
The buses: the budget lane
Arriva's 268 links Caselle with Porta Susa and Porta Nuova in about 45 minutes, every 15-30 minutes: 7.50 euro online, 8.50 on board. Alternatively Flibco, from 2026, starts at about 4 euro and reaches the Corso Vittorio Emanuele II terminal in about half an hour. Cheap, but tied to the timetable.
The taxi: the municipal fixed fare
From the rank outside arrivals, the ride to the centre has a fixed fare: 40 euro, rising to 47 for the Lingotto area, night and holiday surcharges already included. A practical choice if you booked nothing and the queue is short.
The private transfer: pre-booked, it waits for you
Your driver stands in the arrivals hall with your name sign, the flight is tracked, and the per-vehicle price is locked online before you fly, paid on arrival. With children, groups or heavy luggage it is the only true door-to-door option.
